The implementation of telecom infrastructure requires continuous monitoring of all the legal and technical developments in the telecom marketplace. The only way to deal with today's fast moving environment is setting up a team of specialists on all relevant fields; from RoW's to As-Builts and from Construction to Maintenance, familiar with the licensing authorities, the contracting world and the latest digital mapping techniques. The A to Z T-Plan Build portfolio combined with a fully GNIS driven network management information system assures first rate quality and value for money. As one of the two main operational departments within T-Plan, the Build Department renders all the services involved in the planning, organization, permitting, actual building and the maintenance of both fiber and wireless telecom networks. The service structure is divided into 4 areas: The Rights of Way unit will take care of all necessary steps from the draft design up to the delivery of the actual permits, including Feasibility Study, Co-ordination, Permit Applications and Site Hunting & Acquisition. The Construction unit will focus on the field of the actual works, from RFP & Contractor Selection through Logistics and Finance follow-up to the network connection both Outside Plant and Inside Plant. Experienced T-Plan Supervision during the construction process is a great advantage to safeguard the quality of the works. The Digital Mapping unit provides highly accurate Basic Maps for the Permit Applications and the As-Builts. Once produced, T-Plan can take care of the complete As-Builts Management relieving you of the replies to contractor inquiries. Finally, the Maintenance unit manages your network using the GEMIUS system. The Network Inspection will reduce risks by means of a visual audit. Network Protection and Network Support guarantee damage prevention and a 24/24 hours HelpDesk. In case of network failure the Network Intervention Team will see to a fast and successful intervention, using consistent Spare Parts Handling. This unit offers and optimal spare parts handling. |
